REI Co-op tracking FAQ

Who delivers REI Co-op online orders?
REI ships most parcels through UPS Ground, USPS Ground Advantage, OnTrac, Better Trucks, and Veho, depending on proximity to its Sumner WA, Bedford PA, Goodyear AZ, or Lebanon TN distribution centers.
Why is my REI order coming in multiple packages?
REI fulfills orders from both regional warehouses and local REI retail stores (`ship-from-store`), so a tent may ship via UPS from a warehouse while apparel ships via USPS or OnTrac from a store.
How does REI ship rooftop tents, kayaks, and bicycles?
Oversized gear ships either to your local REI store for free assembly/pickup or via scheduled residential LTL liftgate freight to your driveway.
