Frequently asked questions

Why didn't the Early Bird courier ring my doorbell at night?
Because Early Bird delivers between 01:00 AM and 07:00 AM via the morning newspaper carrier, drivers never ring doorbells; they leave the parcel inside or on a hook on your mailbox/door and send the confirmation SMS at 07:00 AM.
What if the Early Bird carrier couldn't get through my apartment portkod?
Check the SMS link from Early Bird to verify your portkod, floor, and name on the door so the newspaper carrier can deliver on the next night's shift.
