Frequently asked questions

What format is an OCA tracking number in Argentina?
OCA e-Pak and e-commerce tracking numbers are typically 19 numeric digits (often starting with `386...` or `157...`).

OCA e-Pak typically makes two home delivery attempts (`1ra Visita` and `2da Visita`); if nobody answers, the package is held at the assigned Sucursal OCA for 5 business days.
What if my OCA shipment is 'Envío a Sucursal'?
Instead of going out on a home delivery truck, the status updates to `Disponible para retirar en Sucursal OCA` so you can collect it with your DNI.
